How to throw a lacrosse ball

How to Throw a Lacrosse ball:

1. One hand on the bottom of the shaft, the other hand near the middle.
2. You step with the opposite foot of your throwing hand.
3. You put your stick over your shoulder, step with your opposite foot as you throw your hand slides down giving you more power in your throw. 

My opinion on the video clip:
In this video it showed all the basic steps, but all the coaches I have had show me differently as where his hand closest to the head of the stick was to high up to give as much power as you can in your throw.
